1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Linkbase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in US Dollars (USD) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose to continue.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your suppliers upload.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. Each company's data is stored in an isolated database. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing implications.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
