What is Linkbase?
Linkbase is a global procurement platform that manages the full cycle — purchase requisition, supplier onboarding, RFQ, purchase orders, goods receipt, three-way matching, approvals, and payment — with a branded supplier portal and a complete audit trail.
Which currency does Linkbase use?
The base currency is USD. You can transact in any currency: each purchase order and invoice snapshots its exchange rate at creation, and reporting rolls everything up into your USD base for a consistent global view.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial and no credit card is required to begin.
How is our data kept separate from other companies?
Each company runs on its own isolated database — true tenant separation, not just a shared table with a filter. Every action is written to an immutable audit log.
Do suppliers pay to use the portal?
No. You invite your suppliers to a branded portal where they acknowledge POs, raise queries, and upload invoices at no cost to them.
How are invoice approvals routed?
Automatically, by value threshold — from procurement manager up to executive management. Thresholds are configurable by your administrator.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
