Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every plan begins with a free trial and no card is required to start. You are not charged unless you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in USD. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• Monthly fees already incurred are generally non-refundable.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service failure, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
