Each company's data is stored in its own isolated database. Files are stored in access-controlled object storage and served via short-lived signed links.

We share data only with the suppliers you invite (limited to their own records) and with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service. We never share data between separate company tenants.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and audit purposes. You may request export or deletion subject to those obligations.
